Methodology

Very interactive workshop based on case studies and experiences of the participants and reflected on theory by the trainer. The workshop is limited to 12 participants with a minimum of 6 participants.  

This workshop is highly interactive, blending case studies and participant experiences with theoretical reflections by the trainer. Through hands-on activities and collaborative discussions, attendees will gain practical insights applicable to their professional settings. The small group size ensures personalized attention, making for an engaging and impactful learning experience.
