The blended-learning course “Leading Project Teams” is targeted towards anyone who leads project teams. The course deals less with project management techniques but focuses on the skills needed to lead the team and end a project successfully.

Methodology

Many topics are designated for reviewing the participants’ own experiences in small groups. The exchange of experiences is always reflected against theory and guided by an experienced teacher who can provide the participants with a range of examples from different industries.
