Initial Situation:
A trainer and consultant in project management was looking for new opportunities to enlarge his field of action. He was looking for a training provider with whom he would be able to build a trustful bi-lateral relationship, whilst keeping his freedom and independence. He had a lot of experience with international companies and was specifically seeking a provider who was globally active. Doing his research he came across STS a company which stood out due to its innovative tools and its impressive experience and status in the project management community.

After a first contact he immediately felt in line with the companies values and teaching styles. STS’s leitmotiv is “Learning by Doing” which is exactly what he values when teaching project management. Another factor for choosing to work with STS was the access to state-of-the-art learning tools. He valued a lot the fact that he had the possibility to shape trainings according to clients’ needs and that he was involved in the whole creation process of a training. STS welcomes trainer’s input and encourages pro-active behavior.
Current situation
Since the first pilot training which was done in collaboration with STS, he became lead trainer for several big accounts and had also the possibility to create and provide input for contents, not only for specific training subjects, but also for the STS e-Learning courses. It has become a very enriching working relationship, which is ongoing for several years now.
