Initial Situation
A world-known actor in the pharma-industry with the headquarter in Switzerland, was facing some challenges in winning a contract, because the project manager they have chosen for that project, was not in the possession of the internationally recognized certification Project Management Professional (PMP®). Although she had over 10 years of experience, for their client, the certification was the guarantee of having a skilled and efficient project manager leading the project. Her line manager and the HR director decided to approve and finance the certification process and asked her to find a training institution which would be able to give her the most appropriate training, lead her to successfully passing the exam and ultimately obtaining the certification.

Why STS was chosen:
STS offers a public course for the PMP® certification preparation in English. There are around 14 courses all over the year either face-to-face in Zurich and in Geneva, or candidates can also join virtually. STS being an Authorized Training Partner from PMI®, is able to provide training courses to prepare for the exam and works with coaches who have over 15 years of experience in the exam preparation and are all PMI® certified trainers.
